Eversport Code of Conduct
Eversport is dedicated to providing a safe, positive, and fun environment where all students can learn the game, improve their skills, develop good sportsmanship and hopefully make new volleyball friends and connections. By following this Code, you help create a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence and it makes a better experience for everyone.
Due to gym size limitations please plan to drop off and pick up in accordance to your session’s start and end time. Players should only be present during the session only and not be in the gym if your clinic is not at that time.
Safety is our top priority. Players must always act responsibly to ensure the well-being of themselves and others.
1. Responsible Play: You must understand and follow the rules of the game and practice. This means avoiding reckless or aggressive behavior that could cause injury to another player or official, such as running under the net, pushing, or kicking a ball in anger.
2. Equipment & Facility Care: Only use equipment as directed by your coach. If you see unsafe equipment or hazards, report them immediately to a coach or official.
3. Health & Readiness: Report any existing injuries or feeling of illness to your coach before practice begins. Follow all instructions regarding warm-ups and cool-downs to prevent injuries.
We expect all players to demonstrate respect for everyone involved in the league—teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and spectators.
1. Respectful Communication: Use appropriate and positive language at all times. Swearing, derogatory remarks, racial slurs, gender-based insults, or bullying (including online) directed toward anyone in the league are strictly prohibited.
2. Sportsmanship: Cheer for your teammates and applaud good plays by your opponents. Shake hands after the game. Never intentionally try to embarrass, harass, or verbally abuse anyone.
Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action. The goal of consequences is to correct behavior and protect the positive environment for all participants. The severity of the consequence will depend on the seriousness and frequency of the violation, determined by the Eversport Officials.
